About the Nonprofit Presenters
Groom Creek
The Groom Creek Fire District was established in 1971 by the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors. We started as an all-volunteer organization dedicated to protecting life and property in the area six miles south of Prescott, AZ. LEARN MORE
Skull Valley
The Skull Valley Volunteer Fire Department, commonly referred to as Fire Team Four, was organized in June 1988. Construction began May 1996 and was completed July 2000. It has three fire trucks, one ambulance, and fifteen volunteers, three of whom are emergency medical technicians. LEARN MORE
Walker
Founded in 1863 and located in Yavapai, County, Walker is a friendly community that is just miles from Prescott. Our Walker Fire Department is made up of volunteers eager to provide the best volunteer fire protection and emergency medical services possible to the communities that support us (Walker, Greater Walker, Big Bug and Potato Patch…) LEARN MORE
