Press Release

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Prescott, AZ – 100 Men Who Care of Yavapai County and Prescott Area Women Who Care are thrilled to announce their third quarter joint event, focused on supporting emergency aid in Yavapai County. The event will take place on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at the Prescott Resort Conference Center. Doors open at 5 PM, with the main event starting at 6 PM.

During this impactful evening, attendees will hear from three distinguished nonprofits that play a critical role in providing emergency aid to the community:

  • The Society of St. Vincent De Paul

  • The Salvation Army

  • Catholic Charities

"For $100.00, you can join us in making a substantial difference to one of these charities' bottom lines," said Ron Fain, President of 100 Men Who Care. "We're excited to help these fine local charities that help the needy in our communities, and 100% of your donation will go directly to them. These charities work daily to support our community during emergencies.”

After brief presentations from each charity, attendees will have the opportunity to vote on which organization will receive 80% of the evening's proceeds. This unique format ensures that one deserving nonprofit walks away with significant financial support to continue its essential work. The remaining charities will each receive 10% of the money raised.
